We Have Finally Joined!

Yes, the Petersen family has finally decided to keep a blog too! However, my mom and dad (Julene and Mark) said that it would be too much time and work to keep up with a blog. Plus, since I am basically the most technologically advanced in the family as far as computers go, I (Whitney) decided to take this into my own hands. I also needed one last project to get my Young Women in Excellence award. :)
At the moment as I type this entry, this blog is totally under construction. I need pictures of everyone, better pictures, and there's some on Dad's new camera, but so far we haven't gotten them to the other computer yet. It's not like there's nothing to report on, but let's just say this thing won't look totally great yet.
Currently in the Petersen family we have experienced Taylor's baseball team take a dive, Hayley recover from a fall off a balance beam in gymnastics, me/Whitney get a new personal record in the 2 mile event for track and field almost every race, the scraping and painting of the fence done mostly in part by Mom, and Dad resolving cases and trials. Upcoming events are Taylor's Renaissance projects getting turned in, me taking my driver's permit test on Monday, my European History AP exam (aaaaah!!!), and by the way...
...It's Taylor's 13th birthday tomorrow on Sunday! Is that scary or what?! Because he's technically a teen now....
