Laser Tag, Performances, and End of School

There has been some stuff going on lately, but a) I was too lazy to type them up, and b) I was not able to get a hold of the pictures.
Last weekend, Hayley and Dad went to the Father-Daughter ward campout in William Heisse Park. I was not able to go because I had the SAT subject test in World History Saturday morning (which I probably bombed because the things I learned in AP European History only covered a quarter of what was on there; my counselor didn't know what she was doing when she told me to take that test). Though the air mattress was deflating itself that night and Dad was sinking into it while Hayley was rising up on it and there was some maniac in a Jeep driving up there that got pulled over (much to Dad's pleasure), it sounded like the two had a good time (oh, and sorry about the sideways picture below, it didn't turn around for some reason).
Hayley had a recorder performance in her class and did very well (at least, that's what Mom said, I wasn't there). The picture of her is during the performance. Since school is almost over, her class had a "Breakfast on the Prairie" and had "Johnny cakes", or pancakes, because they have been reading the Laura Ingalls Wilder book Little House in the Big Woods.
Oh, and here are some pictures from Taylor's laser tag birthday party that was a week or so after his birthday. I would have posted these sooner, but we did not have the photos on the computer yet and they were on Mom's newer camera which I do not really know how to work. The party was a success and Dad got into it too. Taylor's group was competing against another party that was like 8 or 9 year olds, and so there was a lot of rivalry. Especially because the younger kids, when they shot/tagged you, they just stayed there and shot you like 10 times. Dad got a lot of glory when he was nailing these kids. Haha.
I have started to train for cross country now and I plan to run at least another 300 miles this summer. School is basically done for me because I finished my Chemistry final this morning, hooray! I'm also really excited for this Friday night, which is going to be my Young Women Recognition Night, because I finished Personal Progress.
Life is winding down for summer and we will all be able to relax for a little while. Mom is almost done being the room mom, helper, and everything else for Hayley's class; she finished getting the Girl's Camp papers in, so after YW Recognition Night she can be done for a while!
